2. Orders are typically delivered on the next working day after they are dispatched. Please note that we do not send out frozen orders on Fridays or during Bank Holidays.
3. Make sure to arrange for someone to be present to receive the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any spoiled bait if no one is available to accept it.
4. The delivery timeframe for your order is 24-36 hours from the moment it is packed. Due to this, the bait may thaw during transit, which is a normal occurrence. We highly recommend refreezing the item upon receiving it.
5. When ordering dead bait, the bait can have redness or blood, which should be expected and is not a cause for concern. Rest assured that the bait is still safe to use.
6. When ordering frozen bait online, it may take some time for the product to be delivered. While it may not be as fresh as when it was first packed from a sea, lake, or river, it is still suitable for use. However, keep in mind that the delivery process may affect its freshness.
